Shane is the Regional Operations Manager for Garney Construction and the Arizona market. He has 20 years of water industry experience including large diameter transmission mains, water treatment facilities, and pump stations. He is an expert in risk mitigation, constructability input, and schedule certainty, having successfully completed projects with various delivery methods, including design-build, JOC, and CMAR. Part of Shane’s responsibilities is to establish a positive safety culture, including creating a sense of belonging for all our employee-owners.
