Women in Safety: Building and Leading a World-Class Workforce

Sponsored by

EHS Today will host an inaugural Women In Safety panel discussion during the Safety Leadership Conference and America’s Safest Companies event in Dallas on November 5.

The panel members, comprised of some of the industry’s most successful safety leaders, will discuss the obstacles they overcame in their careers and the opportunities available to women in the safety field. Join EHS Today to network and discover actionable takeaways for career growth as well as attracting, developing and retaining a diverse workforce.

The event will feature a keynote presentation from Carletta Ooton, Amazon’s vice president of health, safety, sustainability, security and compliance. Participants will hear about Amazon's robust safety program and how they make improvements for nearly 250,000 hourly Amazon associates across the US.

Immediately following Carletta, a panel discussion featuring safety leaders will be led by Stefanie Valentic, senior editor of EHS Today.
