Dr. Elizabeth Sanchez is a southern California native and spent over 5 years working in translational and clinical research at the UCLA School of Medicine, Department of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia, and later at UC Irvine, School of Medicine, Department of Anesthesia. As part of her work, she has co-authored an extensive list of publications and presented clinical findings at national and international medical conferences on her work with human and animal studies. She has worked on NIH funded projects as well as industry sponsored studies for medical devices. Dr. Sanchez graduated from University of Illinois, Chicago College of Medicine and while working with many underserved communities in Chicago and cardiovascular related research, found her niche in primary care. Dr. Sanchez focuses on providing high quality care for the underserves and believes in a holistic approach to medicine.
