Kristen Heitman is senior manager, training & development, with Baxter, a global medtech leader. She is an EHS&S professional with almost 20 years of experience supporting, growing and leading EHS&S organizations. She spent over a decade in the consulting industry leading a health and safety program for an international group focused on remediation management and due diligence. Recently she moved to Baxter where she has been leading the Training and Development program with the delivery of a global safety culture training initiative.
