Pete Flatten is director of national safety for Tuff Shed, a vertically integrated manufacturer of garages and storage buildings. Prior to Tuff Shed, he spent over 20 years leading EHS efforts in oil & gas throughout the U.S. and Canada and as a contractor to the U.S. Air Force. Flatten has been a member of two National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) councils and represented businesses at OSHA’s Safety as a Core Workplace Value Learning Conversation program.
