Keith Kluger, CSP, has more than 21 years’ experience working in the construction and HSSE industry. During this time he has implemented and supported the Health, Safety, Security & Environmental Management Systems for both small capital and large capital projects.
His expertise includes implementation of a detailed HSE program planning and assessments during design/engineering and construction phases of projects. His primary expertise is in large project planning, field execution and the HSE management of subcontractors.
His responsibilities include safety and health management, planning and implementation of safety programs and processes, accident prevention systems, recordkeeping & reporting systems for large “grass root” and "upgrade/revamp" construction projects.
