Micah Dickie is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group. His practice focuses on defending employers during OSHA inspections, litigating OSHA citations, and counseling clients on best practices for mitigating the risk of workplace incidents and OSHA inspections. Previously, he practiced with a boutique firm where he represented businesses and individuals in an array of employment and business law matters and clerked for the Honorable Leslie J. Abrams Gardner in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Micah joined the legal profession after 10 years managing and operating restaurants, owning his own restaurant and working in a distribution facility.
