• Complimentary Exhibitor booth staff passes. Two passes per 100 sq. ft.  Discounted rates for additional passes.
• Discounted rates available for additional Full Access conference passes.
• Complimentary VIP guest passes to send to your customers to invite them to visit you on the exhibit floor.
• Listing on the Exhibition website’s interactive online floor plan. Includes company name, booth number, address, phone, fax, email address, website URL, company contact, 50-word company description, company logo, social media icons. This fully searchable interactive floor plan will give your buyers access to your information and provide an opportunity for you to communicate with potential customers before, during and after the Exhibition. 
• 50-word standard listing in the official print show guide if contract is signed before the closing date.
• The minimum exhibit space requirement is a 10’ x 10’ or 100 sq. ft. All in-line exhibits will have 3 ft. pipe & drape on the sides and 8 ft. pipe & drape in the back of the exhibit. Carpet or acceptable flooring is mandatory for all exhibits.  You must be an exhibitor to participate as a sponsor.
• Exhibitors are responsible for ordering electric, furniture, carpet, or other services for their exhibit space. All services will be listed in the exhibitor manual which will be available soon!
