Ms. Majo Thurman is the Director, Environmental, Health and Safety reporting to the vice president of Sustainability at Rockwell Automation. As Director, she is responsible for the health and safety of 25,000 employees and global EHS compliance and performance. The headquarters team establishes strategic direction, provides technical resources, and drives implementation of common programs globally. Majo has worked for Rockwell Automation for over 30 years at increasing roles within the EHS organization. She has a strong background in management systems and is passionate about driving our sustainable company strategy. Majo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of Science degree in environmental engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
