Bill Gibson, ASP, has been with the Del-Co Water Company since 2006 and has served as safety manager since 2017. He currently holds an A.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and was recently designated Associate Safety Professional (ASP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. As the face of Safety for over 100 employees, his primary focus is building a world class safety culture by providing fun, interactive training while continually improving safety processes and procedures. Gibson serves on the Delaware Area Safety Council Steering Committee, Ohio Safety Congress Education and Training Committee, and the American Water Works Association EHS Committee. He holds a Class-1 Water Distribution Operator license with the Ohio EPA and is currently pursuing his bachelor's of science in occupational safety and health.
