Sammy Davis, CSP, Gr. IOSH, has worked in the safety profession for 33 years, serving in fields such as EMS, transportation, construction, oil and gas, and food service. Sammy is currently Vice President of Safety & Security for Papa John's International, where he leads a team of 15 safety and DOT professionals along with 19 professional security/law enforcement officers providing oversight for 13 quality control centers, 645 corporate restaurants and three global corporate campuses. He is currently a student at Indiana Wesleyan University, where he is working toward a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on the impacts transformational leadership characteristics have on workplace engagement within the safety profession. Sammy earned his master's and bachelor's degrees from Indiana University.
